What to expect during Reiki 1 attunement. The Usui Reiki 1 attunement is primarily for your own personal use, as it is important to harmonise and heal ourselves so that we are better equipped to heal and balance the energies of other people. The attunement focuses on accepting and working much more closely with the life force energy, the Reiki Master opens the physical body so that the body is ready to accept the life force energies. The attunement raises the vibrations of the energy centres or chakras. During the Usui Reiki 1 course and attunement you will learn about the many benefits of Reiki, the history of Reiki and how to treat yourself and give yourself a Reiki treatment. The session also covers information about the energy centres also known as the chakras, how to protect yourself and the basic hand positions for giving yourself a treatment.
The Usui Reiki 1 course is delivered to small groups therefore places on offer are limited. To secure a place a deposit is required.
Usui Reiki Level I, II and III
During all the Reiki Level courses there will be opportunities for meditation, group discussion and feedback. All Reiki manuals are provided.
