What to expect during a Usui Reiki II attunement. The Usui Reiki II attunement will build on what has been taught and learned in Reiki I. You will learn the Reiki Symbols, how to use them including the healing symbol for distance healing and past and future healing. During the Reiki II attunement you will learn how to send healing to your family and friends and to yourself and your own life and how this should be recorded in your journal.
Usui Reiki Level I, II and III
During all the Reiki Level courses there will be opportunities for meditation, group discussion and feedback. All Reiki manuals are provided.
